BECOME A MEMBER

We are a welcoming bunch here at The West.

And as you will see by the attached form, membership not only for individuals but also for couples and families is extremely affordable and accessible.

The membership period is from the 1st of April until the 31st of March and will be payed pro rata for membership taken up within that period.

Reciprocal Rights

Please contact each of the clubs with respect to their reciprocal rights and competition entry before play.
Current rights are listed below.

1. All participants must be financial members of their respective clubs entitling them to playing privileges within that club.

2. Golfing members of the reciprocal club shall have playing rights at the Murray Bridge Golf Club subject to the following:

(a) Play in any club competition is subject to payment of the prescribed entry fee.
(b) Reciprocal club members are not eligible to win a club championship, monthly medal or trophy of the day.

(c) A members guest reciprocal member fee shall apply to each round played.

3. Members wishing to use the facilities must:
(a) Advise of their reciprocal rights at the time of booking.

(b) Present current club membership card.

(c) Not reside within 100km of the Murray Bridge Golf Club.

4. The terms of this agreement is indefinite with either club able to terminate the agreement by providing one (1) months notice in writing of their intention to terminate, or by lesser period of notice if the agreement proves unsatisfactory.

5. Amendments can be made to this agreement by both parties mutually agreeing in writing to such amendments.

6. Members using reciprocal arrangements must adhere to the rules, conditions and regulations of the host club.

A. 50% Green Fee

1. The Pro Shop must be notified when placing your booking that you are a reciprocal member.

2. Bookings are subject to availability.

3. As a reciprocal member you may enter competitions upon payment of the competition fee plus 50% green fee; however you are not eligible to win club board events or Monthly Medals.

4. Reciprocal benefits apply to golf only; social membership benefits are not included.

5. Members using this reciprocal arrangement must adhere to all rules, conditions and regulations of the host club.

6. Social play is permitted subject to availability on payment of 50% green fee.

B.

1. 10% off all accommodation including 5 star apartments.

This reciprocal agreement shall remain in force until further amended as may be mutually agreed between the Clubs or cancelled by either Club by giving one months notice in writing to the other club.
